🔍 About the Role
At Brandicoot, we’re proud to deliver top-quality design, web and marketing services to many local businesses. We’re seeking an energetic and enthusiastic team member to support our Creative Director and help deliver exceptional service to our clients.
As part of your role, you’ll:
- Handle client communications including emails and phone calls
- Maintain CRM, project management, and task systems
- Assist with office-related admin tasks
- Update WordPress pages and web content
- Provide basic graphic design support
- Help with quoting, invoicing, and scheduling meetings

The ideal candidate will have:
✔ Strong communication and organisational skills
✔ Excellent attention to detail
✔ Basic technical skills (Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, HTML/CSS preferred)
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
