iPhone IMAP email configuration

  1. From the Dashboard, click the Settings icon.
  2. Under Settings, select Mail.
  3. Select Accounts then Add Account.
  4. Select Other as the type of account.
  5. Click Add Mail Account.
  6. Enter the requested information:
    • Name: the name of the mail user
    • Address: the email address of the mail user
    • Password: enter the users password (incoming mail server and external mail server)
    • Description: a description of the mail user
  7.  Click Next.
  8. Click IMAP and enter the Incoming Mail Server information:
    • Host Name: ax.email
    • User Name: enter the full email address
    • Password: enter the users password
  9. Scroll down and enter the Outgoing Mail Server information:
    • Host Name: ax.email
    • User Name: enter the full email address
    • Password: enter the users password
  10. Click Save. The account should setup and verify.
  11. Go to the settings for the account (click on the account that now appears in the list of accounts).
  12. Scroll down and click on SMTP.
  13. If you see a list of servers, click on the Primary Server.
  14. Set Use SSL to ON
  15. Change the Server Port number to 465
  16. Click Done.
  17. Click the back arrow/button at the top left of the screen to return to the account settings page
  18. Scroll down and Click Advanced.
  19. Set Use SSL to ON
  20. Change the Server Port number to 993
  21. Click the back arrow/button at the top left of the screen to return to the account settings page
  22. Click Done.
  23. You’re all done! Hit the home button below your screen and begin using your email.
