Mias Bakery began serving Perth with fresh bread in 1955 and has grown over the years to become WA’s largest independent bakery. In 2017 Mias Bakery was purchased by Bovell’s Bakery, an iconic West Australian bakery that has been serving West Aussies since 1929.
