Once you log into your website dashboard you will see the picture of our little Brandicoot mascot in the top left hand corner of your screen. By clicking on this cute little fellow, a drop down menu will appear (pictured below)
The top option is Support. This will take you through to our support page that has links to training videos and documentation that is broken down into easy to follow, step by step guides for each and every feature on your dashboard.

If for some reason you can not find the answer to your question on the support page, then the second option under the cute little Brandicoot is the Contact button. You can use this to submit your issue and we will get back to you promptly with an answer. We may even put together a training video or a guide to help you out, so that others can benefit from your input!
